- Contact us with your order reference, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.
- We assess eligibility and may request additional details to confirm the concern.
- If approved, we coordinate return instructions or exchange options.
- Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original method or as agreed during resolution.
3) Timeframes
- We acknowledge refund or return requests within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved and items are verified, processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on payment channel.
- Bank or wallet processing times may add a few days beyond our release.
4) Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after seal is broken or product is used.
- Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
- Items not reported within the stated window.
5) Exchanges
When stock allows, we can arrange an exchange for the same item or a close alternative of equal value. Any price difference will be coordinated before proceeding.
6) Return shipping
